Looks like you just wrap it right under your lower belly for an easy assist throughout your day! (Puts in cart!) Thinking back to my own pregnancy, the lower back pain that I got from stretching was often time unbearable. Now I sure wish I had given this hack a try!

This body pillow was actually a COMPLETE lifesaver for me during my own pregnancy. If you don’t have one now, I so advise you to get one! It makes sleeping while pregnant a *little* less annoying. Those who know, know.

Prenatal vitamins are important to take during your pregnancy and are something every mama should have.
